These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and apk7up ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the apk7up website located at https://apk7up.org and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

apk7up reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point. Access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted pending completion of these checks. Accounts that cannot be verified will be closed and funds returned to the payment method used, subject to satisfactory anti-money laundering review.

To access the full range of apk7up services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your apk7up account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or Pakistani passport.
• Proof of your registered Pakistani mobile number (required for JazzCash and EasyPaisa payment verification).
• In certain circumstances, proof of the payment method used for deposits may also be requested.

apk7up recommends completing KYC immediately after registration to avoid any delays in processing withdrawals. All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the apk7up platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apk7up does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported for Pakistani players:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to anti-money laundering requirements. apk7up reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Typical withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — same day; bank transfers — up to 3 business days.

apk7up offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and cricket and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented.

Bonus abuse policy: apk7up employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk combinations of bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and withdrawing bonus funds before requirements are fulfilled. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

All games offered on the apk7up platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, cricket betting markets, and sportsbook events — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk7up platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any other name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with apk7up.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the apk7up platform in a manner not authorised by apk7up.
• Exploiting any technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games.
• Using the apk7up platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant international financial intelligence bodies.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing apk7up staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the apk7up website — including but not limited to the apk7up brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of apk7up or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apk7up platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the apk7up platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of apk7up's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

apk7up collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an apk7up account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by apk7up in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension, bonus voiding, or bet settlement decisions.

apk7up's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The apk7up platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apk7up makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

apk7up reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apk7up will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the apk7up website prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the apk7up platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk7up holds its international gaming licence. apk7up operates as an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

You and apk7up both agree to waive any right to participate in class action proceedings in relation to disputes arising under these Terms.
